On October 25, 2024, an eco-campaign called "Paper Free Day" took place across all regions of our republic. The goal of the campaign is to save paper and use it wisely.
As part of the campaign, special attention is given to preserving trees, reducing the consumption of paper products made from them, and promoting the transition from paper-based administration to information and communication technologies.
Currently, all administrative processes in the ministry are carried out electronically, thus preventing the circulation of documents in paper form. Additionally, all incoming letters, documents, and requests are uploaded to the electronic system and sent to the responsible parties in electronic format.
According to data, saving 1 ton of paper can conserve 17 trees, 26,000 liters of water, 240 liters of fuel, and 4,000 kWh of electricity.
