Mobiuz has officially crossed the 8 million subscriber mark, underscoring its strong position in Uzbekistan’s telecommunications sector and ongoing efforts to expand access to modern digital services.
Since the beginning of 2025, over 3,600 base stations have been launched across cities, districts, and rural areas, providing thousands of new locations with stable, high-speed mobile connectivity.
A key milestone was reached in the SWAP project, a comprehensive modernization of network infrastructure in western Uzbekistan. In the first six months alone, 379 base stations were upgraded in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and 468 in Khorezm, significantly enhancing connection quality for local residents.
Mobile data usage continues to surge, with an average of 122.7 terabytes consumed every hour—equivalent to over 26 million songs downloaded hourly. Notably, 4G LTE accounts for more than 94% of total traffic, while 5G usage has more than doubled since December 2024.
To maintain reliability and coverage, more than 674 radio relay lines have been modernized, and over 134 kilometers of new fiber-optic lines have been laid in 2025.
Mobiuz’s digital ecosystem is also expanding, with over 2 million active users of services such as the Mobiuz app, MobiCinema, MobiMusic, and MobiGames—highlighting the company's transformation from a mobile operator to a comprehensive digital platform.
Backed by growing customer trust and ongoing technological upgrades, Mobiuz continues its forward momentum in shaping Uzbekistan’s digital future.
